**Description** CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst: Amazon Connect opening for our client in San Diego, CA. **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 3 months **Overview:** The Business Analyst will play a critical role in meeting with call centers to document existing process and workflows and make recommendations on optimized features and functions using Amazon Connect solutions to enhance our customer service operations. This role requires a deep understanding of contact center technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations and superior customer experiences. A good understanding of AWS technology and specifically Amazon Connect is preferred. **Duties:** + Requirements Gathering: + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements. + Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and document detailed business requirements. + Document current as-is state of contact flows in Visio. + Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation. + Solution Design: + Develop functional specifications and design documents for Amazon Connect solutions. + Work closely with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. + Design user-friendly interfaces and seamless integrations with existing systems, including CRM and ERP platforms (Phase II of this project). + Implementation & Testing: + Coordinate the implementation of Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Develop test plans and conduct testing to validate solution functionality and performance. + Identify any issues or defects during the testing phase and escalate to system developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables. + Project Management: + Assist in project planning, including scope definition, timeline creation, and resource allocation. + Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. + Facilitate change management processes and support end-users during the transition to new systems. + Continuous Improvement: + Analyze call center performance metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. + Recommend enhancements and optimizations to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. + Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Amazon Connect and contact center technologies. + Training & Support: + Assist the lead trainer with training sessions for end-users and support teams. + Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for Amazon Connect solutions. + Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. **Qualifications:** + 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on contact center technologies. + Proven experience with AWS products, preferably Amazon Connect implementations and integrations. + Strong understanding of contact center operations, CRM & ITSM systems, and telephony technologies. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. + Proficient in creating functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and user stories. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. + Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA) is a plus. + Amazon Connect Certification is preferred. + Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
