What are important things that YOU need to know about this role?

Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in software development
Angular or React experience is required
Preference will be given to candidates with a strong Microsoft Stack background
This position is eligible to be fully remote

What will YOU be doing for us? To design, develop and maintain software applications of varying complexities and on varying tech stacks - in the healthcare space.

What will YOU be doing for us?

Assist level 4 and lead engineers to develop, modify and maintain software applications for internal and external client use. Provide first level support on common operational concerns
Work collaboratively with internal resources to assess and understand technical specifications and business requirements for new systems.
Maintain current modules, applications or processes in production.
Actively participate on an Agile scrum team, sizing work efforts and decomposing functionality and iteratively delivering value.
Unit test development
Triage production issues and affect solutions
Code spelunking
Conduct impact analysis for required changes
Investigate technologies and research for solutions related to architecture and requirements
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various sub systems or client communications when system capabilities must be understood.
Assist in establishing feature estimates and timelines.
Perform software design and coding according to SKYGEN and accepted secure coding patterns
Work collaboratively with internal team members on investigating and fixing defects
Assist in resolving more complex and escalated operational support as necessary.

What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GOOD candidate?

Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates
- Associates Degree or equivalent years of experience or equivalent certification. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field highly preferred.
Required Level of Experience
- Typically 5 to 7 years of experience in software development
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of software design and development techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to others
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals and communication styles
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in various technical areas:
  - Object Oriented Design
  - ASP.NET Web Form Development
  - ASP.NET MVC Development
  - .Net Core
  - API (RESTFul) development
  - C#
  - JavaScript
  - Secure coding patterns
  - Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code
  - SQL Server or any Relational DB

What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GREAT candidate?

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Programming languages (C#)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Knowledge and proficiency in:
  - HTML5
  - CSS
    - CSS extensions such as less or sass
    - CSS framework such as Bootstrap
    - Component library such as Material UI
  - Typescript
  - Strong grasp of frontend state management
  - Unit Testing both on the backend and frontend

The salary range and midpoint is listed below for your reference. Please keep in mind that your education and experience along with your knowledge, skills and abilities are taken into consideration when determining placement within the range.

Compensation Range:
$114,838.00 - $172,258.00

Compensation Midpoint:
$143,548.00
