<li>Expertise in Electron Optics including Optical System design; Lens Design; and Tolerance Analysis of Complex Optical Systems.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of high voltage electronics.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge in surface science of electron-surface interactions.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge in design and modelling of ultra-high vacuum systems.</li>
<li>Develop and/or provide significant input to the top-level system specifications, sub-system error budget, interfaces and working parameters for the optimum hardware solution.</li>
