What you’ll achieve
As an   AI Research Scientist, AI Security & Privacy  , y ou’ll work on cutting-edge research to protect AI systems from threats while ensuring privacy and security. Y ou will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. You will also partner with business leaders, engineers and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms and probability engines.

You will:
Develop and implement novel methods to protect discriminative and generative AI models and systems from threats such as data extraction and model inversion attacks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish security best practices for model deployment

Integrate privacy-preserving techniques into AI model development while ensuring that ML models are built while safeguarding the privacy and security of data and data subjects

Apply your expertise in deep learning to address security and privacy challenges

Lead efforts to mitigate risks associated with data poisoning, prompt injection and other emerging threats and implement solutions that proactively enhance AI security and privacy in client and edge deployments.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish guidelines for secure and privacy-aware model deployment and communicate effectively to drive adoption of best practices

What you’ll achieve
As a   AI Research Scientist, AI Engineering and Operations  ,  with a focus on engineering and operations, you’ll bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical implementation, ensuring that AI technologies are not only innovative but also efficiently deployed  you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. You will also partner with business leaders, engineers and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms and probability engines.

You will:
Leverage your knowledge of MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and management of machine learning models and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to create robust pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment

Write efficient, maintainable code for AI applications and automation tasks, including driving automation efforts within the research organization and automate repetitive tasks, data preprocessing, and model deployment processes

Manage server infrastructure for AI applications and understand the entire AI stack, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, and deployment.

Create compelling visualizations to communicate insights from AI models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders and communicate effectively to translate research findings into practical solutions, tackle complex problems related to AI engineering and operations along with propose novel solutions and contribute to the advancement of AI technologies

(+4 years industry experience) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, [KD1] Biophysics, Biology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering. + Track record of accomplishments in the design, development, and implementation of cell culture processes for protein production. + Extensive hands-on experience with molecular cloning and vector construction is required. [KD2] + Experience with VIPS Seeder, Ambr 15 bioreactor or equivalents preferred. + Experience optimizing cell lines a plus. + Knowledge of bioreactor process and engineering scaling as well as robust understanding of biochemistry and cell metabolic pathways. + Must be able to clearly and accurately present written data and be comfortable with oral presentations. Knowledge, skills and abilities + The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing cell line development to support our proprietary cell line technology. + Candidate must have an in-depth understanding of cell biology and hands-on experience of molecular techniques and mammalian culture. + This role will encompass aspects of upstream process development to support to multiple projects as needed. Candidate will support upstream process design, optimization, and tech transfer. + The candidate will be responsible for executing projects within the laboratory, writing study/research plans, and summarizing data to clients and colleagues via technical reports. + Candidate must be able to work independently, including planning, trouble shooting and execution of daily activities.
