Assay requests range from implementing kits (“off-the-shelf”) to developing assays from scratch following literature review. Methodologies include, but are not limited to: ELISA, MSD, Flow Cytometry, transient and stable cell-line transfection, RNA extraction, qPCR, Western Blot, and luminescent, colorimetric, and fluorescent plate-based assays. We also employ robotic automation to enable high throughput screening. This position works with an interdisciplinary team of DMPK scientists, pharmacologists, and analytical chemists. It is lab-based, collaborative, and client-facing.
