Including understand the drivers and impacts of markets and other factors.</li><li>Demonstrate strong technical fundamentals for supporting performance computation and reporting. Including understanding how composites are constructed and what the technical and qualitative requirements for a GIPS compliant firm are.</li><li>Evaluate, quality control and manage the monthly performance reporting process. Including being able to describe and illustrate performance drivers, outliers and dispersion between composites, strategies and/or accounts qualitatively and quantitatively.</li><li>GIPS Performance analyst will have working knowledge of GIPS and composite membership rules and be able to provide process and standards advice regarding GIPS and composite maintenance.</li><li>Ensure adherence to GIPS Compliance standards and keep up with new developments as they arise. </li><li>Work independently, with minimal guidance and act as a resource for colleagues on the GIPS Team and within the firm.</li><li>Support the production of accurate and timely reporting deliverables for the RFP, DDQ and Client Services Teams.</li><li>Perform data mining from multiple data sources, integrating and analyzing data sets.</li><li>Partner with verticals throughout the firm to assist with data accessibility.</li><li>Respond to internal and external ad-hoc questions.</li></ul> REQUIRED BACKGROUND / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE<ul><li>B.S in Business, Finance, Economics, or Statistics</li><li>3-5 years as a data or reporting analyst or other relevant work experience.</li><li>Experience with GIPS Compliance standards </li><li>Demonstrated analytical skills. </li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to independently multi-task and deliver on deadlines and deliverables.</li><li>CIPM Certificate or Candidate preferred.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail while still understanding the big picture.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to balance completing scheduled deliverables and ad hoc requests. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul> SKILLSET EXPECTED<ul><li>CIPM of similar certification. Job Summary The Reporting Analyst is responsible for the coordination of internal reporting needs. They will define and develop functional requirements and report specifications and oversee the deployment of new or revised reports and dashboards. This role will work to define and develop operational reporting that is beneficial to business processes and internal stakeholders. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for internal stakeholders, this position will also assist internal customers with report-related questions and troubleshooting and will conduct research as needed to determine the best solutions. Other applicable education, training, and experience, which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform effectively in the position will be considered.</li><li>3+ years of Reporting Analyst or report development experience. Track record displaying progressively larger and/or more complex projects. </li><li>3+ years of experience working with relational databases.</li><li>Solid technical skills including knowledge of and working experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPivot, Power Query, Power BI, and SharePoint.</li><li>Strong SQL query and DAX skills.</li><li>Data visualization skills and demonstrated adherence to reporting and data visualization best practices.</li><li>Strong analytical, reporting, and trending skills, a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to engage with other team members in addressing a variety of accounting, reporting, and business issues.</li><li>Must be well organized and detail oriented.</li><li>Must work well under pressure and have the ability to meet deadlines and observe critical timelines.</li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments and employees.</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.</li><li>Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including ability to interpret and explain data for a variety of audiences.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments to meet reporting deadlines.
