Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as the technical expert for the UKG Pro suite, addressing system issues and optimizing processes.
Manages employee lifecycle events in the HCM system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Oversight of employee/payroll data related to employee position moves, adds, and changes (e.g. requisitions, equity adjustments, etc.)
Responsible for managing employee data, while preserving confidentiality:
Maintains organized and accurate physical and electronic personnel records based on Document Retention and Destruction policies
Ensures data integrity by performing regular audits to the database and personnel files
Maintains Data files: electronic database and paper file storage
Creates and maintains custom reports and dashboards to support HR and business functions.
Conducts system audits and troubleshoots data inconsistencies.
Leads training efforts for employees and managers on system functionality.
Supports cross-departmental projects, including system integrations and new feature implementations.
Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications:      Bachelor's degree in IT, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG Pro.
Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
