 About the Role
 The Company is seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President to join its Product department, with a focus on Alternative Investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives within the Advisor Platform organization, leading product efforts for large-scale new business initiatives, and driving cohesiveness across teams to ensure a unified approach. This role requires a senior member of the Product organization who can identify and drive change to support the company's growth and scale, particularly in the context of reimagining and rearchitecting the platform. The candidate should be adept at managing multiple products, working with cross-functional teams, and have a proven track record in planning and leading strategic initiatives.

Applicants for this role at the company should have 7-10+ years' experience in a strategic product-focused role, with a preference for those with a background in finance or fintech. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is a plus. The role demands exceptionally strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage and execute one-off projects that support the global growth of the Advisor Platform. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of building relationships both within and outside the product team, and will be instrumental in solidifying a cohesive go-to-market strategy for the Advisor Platform.
