About The Role The WATCHMAN Upstream Product Manager will be responsible for driving New Product Development for the WATCHMAN Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) therapy as well as commercial/technological solutions related to imaging before, during or after the procedure. The Upstream Product Manager will represent the broader development team when interacting with physicians at Advisory Boards, Innovation Center visits, animal labs, tradeshows, and other KOL meetings. Creating collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including focus on KOLs, clinicians.
Anticipating competitive activities, monitor competitive pipelines, and be strategically respond to competitive initiatives via product iterations and/or marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications Bachelors degree.
5+ years of successful related professional experience.
Medical device experience.
KOL engagement experience.
Willing to travel up to 30%, including domestic and international.

Preferred Qualifications Advanced education, such as MBA.
3+ years prior Product Management experience, including strategic commercialization.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders.
Ability to engage and influence cross-functional colleagues, even without direct reporting relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mobilize key stakeholders and engage leadership.
