The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.The Lead Product Manager will organize, prioritize, and own the roadmap for Humana's Digital Health Platform (DHP). The Senior Product Manager role requires strong cross functional collaboration, organization and project management skills, and comfort with ambiguity and greenfield product/experience launchesThe Senior Product Manager leads pilot and product development of CenterWell Integrated Health patient experience initiatives. This role is responsible for managing tactical Go to Market plans to get a pilot launch. Once solutions are launched, the Senior Product Manager monitors efficacy of and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure solutions are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting solutions over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes.
