Identify opportunities to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance on the ecommerce platform.* Product Development: Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and merchandising, to deliver high-quality features and improvements.* User Experience: Focus on enhancing the user experience by applying user-centric design principles. Conduct user research and leverage data insights to refine the ecommerce journey for customers, aiming for increased engagement and conversion.* Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success. Run A/B tests and interpret results to guide continuous improvement efforts and optimize the ecommerce platform.* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, technology, and operations to ensure successful product execution and alignment with broader business goals.* Market Research: Keep up with ecommerce trends, gaming industry developments, and competitor activities to inform product decisions and stay ahead in the market.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.* 3-5 years of product management experience in ecommerce or a related field, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing digital products.* Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions.* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).* Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence outcomes.* Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming industry.* Experience with A/B testing, UX/UI design principles, and SEO strategies is a plus.Full-time store positions at GameStop are also eligible to participate in incentive programs, health benefits, paid time off, 401 (k), employee discount and a casual work environment.
