Description Leidos Dynetics is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. Location for work is Huntsville, Alabama. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sr ME Manager to lead a small team of ME Managers and individual system experts to support manufacturing and drive standardization across ME teams at five manufacturing sites. Primary Responsibilities This position will lead the team that oversees all manufacturing engineering activities, which include: securing tooling and capital equipment, creating process plans and work instructions, maintaining mBOM's and part routings, while driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities. This is a key position in the growing defense segment that includes several types of processes: machining, welding, PCBA, cable assembly, clean rooms, painting, final assembly integration and testing. As a leader across several production sites, it's critical to develop standard processes, consistent KPI's and network connections to share best practices at all levels of the enterprise.
