Responsibilities: <ol><li>Manage a team of Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) responsible for technical selling, delivery and support to end customers. </li><li>Own the technical relationship with customers and deployment of Quadric products (processor IP, SDK and Algorithms) from a corporate perspective into our target markets including: Smart Sensors, Video Cameras, Industrial and IoT, Robotics and Automotive. </li><li>Collaborate with sales team, engineers, and product managers to obtain accurate information of customer use cases, requirements, issues to close technical sales and win customer designs. </li><li>Guide the FAEs in preparing technical elements of proposals and contract deliverable exhibits, defining the technical solution guidelines and working with engineering to define deliverables and schedules for contracts to sales team support. </li><li>Work with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements (deliverable items and schedule) are met. </li><li>Facilitate corporate engineering discussions so the FAEs can efficiently analyze technological problems, determine technical resolution and work with Quadric products. </li><li>Become the “First internal Customer” for all customer release items as a final quality check before customer delivery. </li><li>Prepare relevant records, data, and documents for product presentations, conducting training sessions for demonstrating new products and services for the FAEs (Train the trainers). </li><li>Support the sales team in organizing training and product demonstrations. </li><li>Work with the sales and product marketing team, and engineering to enable customer relevant roadmaps and product specifications per customer's needs. </li><li>Work with marketing to write and publish application notes. </li><li>Evaluate the customer's technical requirements and align them with Quadric solutions. </li><li>Participate in different seminars, conferences, and meetings for promoting Quadric products. </li><li>Hire and manage global FAE staff. </li> </ol>About Quadric: Founded in 2017 and based in downtown Burlingame, California, Quadric is the leading provider of general purpose processors specifically optimized for machine learning inference pipelines in embedded device applications.
