<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preference for Master’s degree.</li>
<li>Minimum of five years of experience in financial planning and modeling, focusing on Statistical Modeling/Machine Learning/Time Series Analysis.</li>
<li>Preference for experience in the lending space.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of credit risk assessment and mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing financial reporting capabilities.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Conduct the development, implementation, variance analysis, and validation of models to forecast gross losses and recovery rates, providing critical insights into the company’s risk exposure and recovery potential.</li>
<li>Utilize statistical techniques to build predictive models for assessing portfolio performance.</li>
<li>Implement and refine statistical models to optimize lending strategies and enhance overall business performance.</li>
<li>Conduct forecasts at specified time points or incremental intervals, ensuring timely and actionable insights for risk management strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate and actionable insights to support financial forecasts.</li>
<li>Provide insights into budget variances to loss models and recommend adjustments to achieve financial objectives.</li>
<li>Design and maintain reporting dashboards that provide key performance indicators and financial metrics for management review.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports to support business decision-making.</li>
<li>Assess and monitor credit risk associated with the lending portfolio.</li>
<li>Collaborate with risk management teams to develop strategies that mitigate potential financial risks.</li>
