Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:      Design and implement processes and solutions for Internal Audit and related Governance functions employing visualization tools such as Power BI to develop dashboards and vantage points into business processes using a wide variety of data sets used for data/text mining and analysis to enable informed business decisions
Gain insight into key business problems and deliverables by applying statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources.
Use current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via an increasing understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
Collaborate with audit teams to identify audit objectives, risks, and opportunities for data analysis or data science application.
Collect, cleanse, and validate large volumes of data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Utilize data analysis tools to perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Support the development and maintenance of audit data analytics tools, dashboards, templates, and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years experience in data analytics or a related field
Experience using big data using SQL, Python, Power BI, etc to derive business insights from complex data sets, and who can communicate complex data models to key stakeholders.
Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and banking industry best practices is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical auditors.

Description and Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Data Analyst to support our Public Sector sales and contracts team. This role will be responsible for pulling, analyzing, and submitting recurring and ad-hoc data reports related to sales performance and public sector contract requirements as well as manual data calls. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, maintain an organized archive of previous reports and compiled data, and develop dashboards for data visualization using Excel and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Reporting:  Pull and analyze sales and contract-related data from internal systems, ensuring accuracy before submission on a monthly, quarterly, or other required basis.
Ad-Hoc Reporting:  Respond to urgent data requests by quickly extracting and analyzing relevant datasets as needed.
Data Validation & Accuracy:  Verify data integrity, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and communicate findings to relevant teams.
Report Submission & Compliance:  Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports in compliance with public sector contract requirements.
Dashboard Development:  Create and maintain Excel-based reports and Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
Data Archive Management:  Maintain an organized repository of historical reports and data calls for easy retrieval and reference.
Collaboration:  Work closely with sales, contracts, and compliance teams to ensure data alignment and support decision-making processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly and concisely.
Familiarity with public sector contracts or sales reporting is a plus but not required.
