Roles & Responsibilities<ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">SAP CO Module Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP CO solutions that meet business requirements and improve financial reporting and analysis.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements that leverage SAP CO capabilities to enhance control and cost management.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">System Customization: Customize SAP CO functionalities as needed to address specific business needs, ensuring proper integration with other SAP modules and applications.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights, forecasts, and budgeting support, helping business units make informed decisions.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP CO configurations, processes, and procedures, ensuring easy accessibility for end-users and future reference.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Training and Support: Train end-users and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance on SAP CO functionalities.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">System Upgrades: Collaborate with IT and functional teams to plan and execute SAP system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Compliance: Ensure that SAP CO configurations and processes comply with regulatory and internal control requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Integration: Work closely with SAP experts in other modules, such as SAP FI, to ensure seamless integration and data flow between various SAP components.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Reporting: Develop and maintain SAP CO reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.</li></ul> Supervisory Responsibilities:No Qualifications: (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.) Required Education & Experience: <ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">7+ years of experience as an SAP FCM Consultant, focusing on SAP CO module implementation and configuration.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst, specifically in the CO module.</li></ul> Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:<ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">In-depth knowledge of SAP CO configurations, processes, and integration with other SAP modules.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Experience in project management and meeting deadlines.</li></ul> Preferred Education & Experience:<ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">SAP certification in the CO module.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Knowledge of manufacturing and automotive industry processes.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Prior experience in the automotive industry or related manufacturing sectors.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Bilingual proficiency (English and Korean).</li></ul> Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: <ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">SAP certification in the CO module (if applicable).</li></ul> Working Conditions: <ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, system customization, data analysis, documentation, training and support, system upgrades, compliance adherence, integration with other SAP modules, and developing reports and dashboards. What You'll Do in This Position The hourly base rate of pay for this internship starts at $18.00, and may increase based on major and class standing. This position will assist with financial analysis, develop a gap analysis, and special projects as determined. Qualifications We Require Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5. Must be a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university, or within one year after finishing a degree program. Must have completed freshman year of college. Must successfully complete Savannah River Site General Employee Training and substance abuse processing.
