The Technical Business Analyst II will act as the bridge between business and technology, working with various business stakeholders to capture user stories and requirements and translating those requirements into functional and technical specification. This position works in close collaboration with the Product Management team and the Software Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to support the evolution of our digital platforms.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.</li><li>Analyze and document current and future business processes, using wireframes, user stories, and formal business requirements documentation to do so, and identify and recommend areas of potential improvement.</li><li>Interact with Product Teams to ensure functional requirements are sound, complete and consumable by the software engineering and quality assurance teams.
