* Supports the delivery of project initiatives within the framework of larger projects by assisting Project Managers in facilitating meetings with project stakeholders. Develops work breakdown structures and assists Project Managers in the development, analysis, and management of project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts. Monitors financial aspects for assigned project initiatives. Monitors project performance against plan and makes adjustments as needed. Identifies and escalates issues and participates in the request for information and vendor request for proposal processes.
* Supports the management, control, and mitigation of project risks by assisting in the analysis and identification of trigger events. Identifies project risks, recommends mitigation decisions, and provides insight for the development of contingency plans. Anticipates and communicates dependencies affected by ongoing project changes.
* Provides ongoing support to project personnel by communicating with project team members to ensure scheduled data and changes are accurately interpreted and accounted. Works with team members to keep project costs forecasted and recorded. Provides real time updates to Project Managers regarding scheduling conflicts and budget disparities.
* Adheres to enterprise project management practices by participating in formal and informal training sessions. Tracks and reports key metrics as needed. Gathers and reports team feedback and lessons learned to project management. *Qualifications *
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in project business analysis and coordination.
* 4+ years in software development.
