SUMMARY As an Aftermarket Business Analyst, you will apply data-mining, statistical and advanced modeling techniques to many types of data on a daily basis. You will be responsible for looking creatively at complicated business problems and developing innovative solutions, which is than presented to senior management through business KPIs. This position requires a high level of interaction with Management, Customer Service Representatives, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance and Procurement. This position requires being able to articulate the current situation as well as analyzing processes, exceptions, business trends, market feedback, and historical data to make tactical adjustments and continuous improvement recommendations. Work is of a complex nature involving a considerable amount of initiative, analytical work and a high level of independent judgment.
