Entech is hiring a Systems Operations Analyst for a financial services client. This is a Onsite role that involves working onsite in Malvern, PA, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Systems Operations Analyst: will be responsible for monitoring development and production systems to verify that all systems are up and fully functional. If an Incident occurs, the Systems Operation Analysts are responsible for following a set of pre-defined procedures to quickly resolve the Incident.

Provides intermediate support of applications and databases for software. Coordinates and executes technical procedures to resolve production issues after evaluation.
Monitors production systems for alerts, outages, and system issues. Researches issues and performs root cause analysis to minimize risk. Implements solutions for issues and appropriate development initiatives.
Ensures that support requests are resolved within the service level agreements. Communicates statuses and resolutions.
Writes and updates production support documentation, policies, and procedures.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes recommendations. Assists in implementing changes.
Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with business partners.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Technical Skills:

Minimum of three years related work experience, with at least one year of Information Technology experience.
Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
Knowledge of the AWS development and operating requirement, as well as AWS developer or architect certifications are preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Good knowledge on Equity/fund access and portfolio management.
Good knowledge on Python/SQL
Equity and/or Investment banking background preferred
