The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze requirements, and contribute to the successful delivery of banking solutions.</li><li></li><li>Key Responsibilities:</li><li></li><li>* Product Analysis: Analyze existing Savings products and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.</li><li>* Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., Product Managers, Operations, IT) to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for retail banking products.</li><li>* Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps, user stories, and use cases to guide the development and enhancement of Savings products.</li><li>* Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and ensure our products remain competitive and compliant with regulations.</li><li>* Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, Compliance, and Marketing, to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions.</li><li>* Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.</li><li>* Testing and Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)</li><li>and ensure that solutions meet the business requirements and quality standards before deployment.</li><li>* Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.</li><li>* Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.</li><li>* Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies within retail banking operations and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our products.</li><li></li><li>Qualifications:</li><li> Experience:</li><li>* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on retail banking products.</li><li>* Proven experience in Savings products is essential.</li><li>* Experience working on product implementation or enhancement projects within a retail banking environment.</li><li> Technical Skills:</li><li>* Strong proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.</li><li>* Familiarity with retail banking systems and platforms, especially those related to Savings and Payments.</li><li>* Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of retail banking products, with a particular focus on Savings accounts related financial services.</li><li>* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.</li><li>* Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>* Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.</li><li></li><li>Preferred Qualifications:</li><li></li><li>* Experience with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions related to Savings.</li><li>* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in retail banking.</li><li>* Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or similar.</li></ul>
