Power user knowledge of the CCMS software to assist end users in understanding how the system operates and ability to assist IT by identifying and troubleshooting issues.</li><li>Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to elicit and document end user expectations combined with ability to collaborate with IT to understand and interpret functional specifications to ensure there is a minimal gap between user expectations and delivered CCMS solutions.</li><li>Create system test plans from functional specifications and identify proper business case test scenarios that should be included in these plans. Understanding what parts of the CCMS solution are involved in the execution of the test plans and ability to expertly analyze results for proper pass/fail classification, follow up and acceptance.</li><li>Understanding of the SDLC and ability to identify gaps within ConServe’s enhancement process.</li><li>Analyze and understand requirements for updates to business processes, identifying areas of focus for changes and making recommendations on how the CCMS needs to be modified to enable these changes. Knowledge of all documentation relating to CCMS and the ability to maintain such documentation, so it properly reflects the current environment.</li><li>Provide guidance and support the end users in their efforts to become more proficient in the use of the applications.</li><li>Troubleshoots production issues, identifying root cause and assisting end users in submitting issues and examples for IT to resolve.</li><li>Support business processes for data exchanges with Clients, vendors, and other outside entities. Act as point of contact on an as-needed basis for projects and vendor/client implementations.</li><li>Assist IT Management with IT Prioritization processes, including analysis of new work orders/requests from the business and organizing priorities across departments.</li><li>Monitor and support IT job processing environment; verifying job execution, handling job and ETL failures. Job Summary Independently analyzes complex business needs and advises on application design and process change opportunities. Partners with key stakeholders to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex problems using diverse methods and tools.
