Job Summary: The primary role of this position will be to assist the Business Analyst Team with administrative tasks, creating agile documentation, and documenting the existing as-is system. Responsibilities include navigating various paths through the system, capturing screenshots to support documentation efforts, and updating functional specs as needed.

Requirements

Key Skills:

Basic admin and analysis skills
MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Basic website navigation skill and an understanding of how web applications are developed

Preferred Skills:

Self-starter that can take direction and move forward with documenting system functionality
Must be action-oriented and have a proactive approach to solving issues
Candidates seeking a business or IT degree are ideal
Identify, document and diagram business requirements and processes

Special Requirements:

Currently enrolled in either A.S., B.S., or M.S. program at a University
Must be able to work onsite in Palm Harbor, FL
Excellent Word skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Sitting for long periods of time
Perform other duties as assigned

Hours:

Flexible based on School schedule
4-8 hours daily
Min. 3 days a week or longer
