Strategy & Planning:<ul><li>Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals to identify and resolve systems issues.</li><li>Conduct interviews to gather and document user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.</li><li>Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.</li><li>Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed projects or systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.</li><li>Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.</li><li>Lead design sessions to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to drive business value, improving information process flows and operational efficiencies.</li></ul>Acquisition & Deployment:<ul><li>Coordinate the planning, design, development, training and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.</li><li>Define and document test cases, coordinate functional and system testing, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and user expectations.</li><li>Gather, analyze, and report on end-user reviews for modified and new systems.</li></ul>Operational Management:<ul><li>Manage the development product backlog, stakeholders, and customer needs.</li><li>Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.</li><li>Identify metrics and targets that will help track the IT teams progress towards strategic goals</li><li>Facilitate change management activities, including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and training, to support the adoption of existing and new technologies and processes.</li><li>Create and manage technical documentation including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.</li></ul> Qualifications: Knowledge & Experience<ul><li>Strong business knowledge, comfort in working and leading a team of developers.</li><li>Comfort with owning an issue from creation through resolution and provide status reporting to management.</li><li>Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.</li><li>Familiarity with database systems, programming languages, and web technologies, with preferred working technical knowledge of SQL.</li><li>Understanding of application development and software development lifecycle concepts.</li><li>Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.</li><li>Extensive experience with core software applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Jira.</li><li>Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies and applications.</li><li>Demonstrated project management skills using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.</li><li>Excellent understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.</li></ul>Formal Education & Certification<ul><li>College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems and 7-10 years of related work experience. The Oracle CX Business Analyst/ Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting all functional and technical aspects of this module.
