Your future duties and responsibilities
CGI is looking to hire an experienced Business Systems Analyst who can work at the client site 3-4 days per week. You will work in one of the most significant and highly visible teams, which gives you an opportunity to make a statement across multiple levels with your efforts. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is client-focused and detail-oriented. In this role you will apply analytical thinking to solve dynamic problems by working directly with our customers. You will need to ensure clear and accurate delivery of information, be able to eliminate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, adapt to change, incorporate new information, focus on results, and work proficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Experience as Business Systems Analyst or as a Product Owner on an Agile delivery team.
Experience performing business analysis planning and management.
Experience eliciting requirements and managing stakeholder collaboration.
Experience building status reports and delivering to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience performing business need and strategy analysis.
Experience managing the life cycle of requirements, performing requirements analysis, and design definition.
Experience performing business process management and modeling.
Experience in creating and conducting testing of new changes to systems and regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains unaffected
Experience performing solution evaluation: measure and analyze solution performance and assess limitations

Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience with Salesforce
Experience with analyzing, documenting, and implementing features within the Salesforce ecosystem
Experience utilizing Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
Experience performing or supporting Organizational Change Management
Experience with Figma or similar wireframe / mock-up tool
Experience with Visio, Draw.io, or similar process-mapping tool
Professional certification in Salesforce, such as Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst Certification
Professional certification in Business Analysis such as ECBA, CCBA, and CBAP series or PMI-PBA
Professional certification in Agile Business Analysis or Product Owner practices such as IIBA-AAC, SCPO, or PSPO

Sr. Retail Banking Business Analyst / Lead

Position Description
The CGI Financial Services - Consumer team is looking for a Sr. Retail Banking Business Analyst Lead who has a minimum of 5 years' experience working in the loan origination area within a financial services company, in lending technology and business processes. This position requires functional industry knowledge and expertise in the originations ecosystem, including common business practices, practical application of core originations concepts, understanding of regulations and compliance.

The Sr. Retail Banking Business Analyst Lead will also provide guidance and support for the product direction and contribute to the prioritization of the Originations' functionality, including working with a global delivery team leveraging Agile Best Practices. Responsibilities include designing, documenting, and implementing a product roadmap and client enhancements to an enterprise web application. The Business Analyst Lead will participate in evaluating business features to determine the best approach for meeting the acceptance criteria within the existing application. The business analyst will be involved in backlog refinement, planning of sprints, sprint reviews/demos and meeting software compliance standards.

This is a remote role but Knoxville, TN is the preferred location.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Originations system implementations.
Work in a cross-functional SAFE environment, interacting daily with other team members.
Advise architects and communicate with project stakeholders.

Assist with writing user stories using SMART acceptance criteria.
Support testing activities including test preparation, ensuring test cases and scripts cover all requirements and design specifications.
Proactively brings issues and problems to the attention of the team, generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them.
Log defects, testing/retesting defects, tracking progress and results and reporting status to the scrum master.
Update product documentation for new or existing functionality.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
10+ years in the financial industry.
10+ years of direct operational experience in consumer Originations lending (financial or technology company experience preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills- - including ability to orchestrate client needs into written business features to be consumed by the development team.
Experience solving complex business needs through creating simplistic consumable processes with a transformation view.
Facilitation skills, including leading meetings, presentation skills, problem resolution/mediation.
High degree of responsiveness and ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
