The analyst will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and functional teammates to align business strategies, prioritize projects, and ensure successful implementation. What You'll Do <ul><li>Analyze payment processes, client setups, and transaction flows on internal and external systems.</li><li>Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless integration and process optimization.</li><li>Execute modeling and analytics required to synthesize large data sets and produce concise outputs that deliver reporting, analyses, business insights, recommendations, risk evaluations, and/or conclusions to leadership.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment on initiatives and projects.</li><li>Communicate analytical findings and proposed improvements to internal teams and clients.</li><li>Monitor payment operations and identify issues, trends, and potential areas for improvement.</li><li>Aid in developing reporting and financial performance management frameworks, helping to define key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate overall business performance.</li><li>Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing efforts based on business needs and deadlines.</li><li>Contribute, when necessary, to Payment Processing Analyst activities</li></ul> What You Bring Skills <ul><li>Proficiency in data analytics and modeling</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication skills, with experience interacting with diverse stakeholder</li></ul> Education and Experience <ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in Data Science otherwise in Finance or Business</li><li>2 years experience in SaaS merchant processing including eCommerce preferably in a payment business operations function</li><li>Working knowledge of end-to-end merchant journey from boarding to transaction monitoring including Card and ACH payments cost-of-acceptance driver</li></ul> Pushpay is committed to equal opportunity.
