<p>Duties and Responsibilities
The IT Technical and Business Analyst provides value-added services by streamlining business processes focusing on producing quality and timely IT products and services. These products include governance initiatives, procurement, project management, procedure maintenance, data calls/audits, contracts, budget formulation and execution, communications, continuous improvement, risk management, and the operational excellence program. Primary responsibilities of this position include supporting projects and modifying strategic documents; learning to write business-specific documents with a technical perspective; working under supervision to meet firm deadlines and key milestones; learning SRNS and relevant section/department systems and requirements for accomplishing tasks; demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills; utilizing organizational skills; and developing technical documentation for specified assignments.
