Supporting Florida’s enterprise cybersecurity program, the Florida Digital Service (FL[DS]) is recruiting for a highly effective team member to support strategic initiatives for the Office of the State CISO. This team member will work in a fast-paced, high-energy organization serving 35 or more state agencies and local governments across the state of Florida.
Position Overview and Responsibilities:
This Senior Cybersecurity Business Analyst plays a critical cybersecurity role for the Florida Digital Service. Working for a team led by the Deputy State Chief Information Security Officer, this position will be expected to help lead, develop, and implement critical initiatives to support Florida’s rapidly growing cybersecurity programs and capabilities. Being effective in this role does not require technical or engineering experience but will require regular collaboration with internal and external teams as well as organizations throughout state government on behalf of FL[DS]. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, mission-focused, and eager to support the team’s operations.
A core responsibility of this role will include:
