Provide effective leadership to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Manage and validate data in SQL databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Develop centralized data repositories following new acquisitions, streamlining data management processes. Synthesize data accurately, efficiently, and cohesively, enabling informed decision-making. Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and present financial information effectively. Employ database applications like Access and Tableau to visualize data and generate insights. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support financial decision-making. Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats, presenting complex financial information clearly. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst / Data Engineer or similar role. 3 years of experience in SQL to include building SQL databases and performing data transfers and migrations. Experience in data mapping, data cleansing and financial modeling. Experience leading team project(s) from the ground up. Strong ability for analytical thinking and problem-solving. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Bachelor's degree in a technical area or experience in lieu of a degree. Additional experience that is a plus to have: Accounting, auditing, process management or financials. Experience in Tableau, Python or R.
