Principal Duties: <ul><li>Manage Product Management inbox and respond to inquiries from all customer groups including Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Investors within a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain all investor applications and re-certifications as needed (annually/ biennially).</li><li>Govern Fee Admin, Funding Fee Admin and MI Admin tools to support technology/system setup of both new and existing products.</li><li>Conduct UAT, trouble-shoot and provide support for live-loan and product update needs.</li><li>Assist Product Managers with execution of new product implementations.</li><li>Operate Bond and MI Investor Bulletin intake, assessment and communication.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Newrez policies, processes and practices.</li><li>Perform other functions including managing project work, as required by leadership.</li></ul> Education and Experience <ul><li>Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.</li><li>1-2 years of mortgage experience including an understanding of industry-specific products, pricing, underwriting and loan origination platforms.</li><li>Previous product management or product support experience.</li></ul> Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities <ul><li>Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products and underwriting guidelines.</li><li>Knowledge of mortgage insurance (MI) guidelines</li><li>Knowledge of GSE, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-Confirming loan products and guidelines.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service orientation.</li><li>Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities; effective time management.</li><li>Strong analytical skills; effective decision making skills with the ability to appropriately exercise independent judgment.</li><li>Strong quality orientation with an attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently, as well as, effectively function as a member of the Product Management Team.</li><li>Accountability; strong work ethic.</li><li>Integrity, ability to maintain and work with confidential information.</li><li>Strong business, financial and technical acumen.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills to include MS Word & Excel.</li></ul> While this description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the position's requirements, it in no way implies/states that these are the only job responsibilities.
