The leader will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of digital products and solutions that drive business growth and profitability. This position will serve Rheem’s Enterprise Division located in Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).

<li>Develop and articulate a clear digital product vision and strategy in alignment with overall business goals.</li>
<li>Oversee product life cycle, management, development, profitability and market share growth of assigned products categories.</li>
<li>Contribute to the product development lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely and effective delivery of digital products and solutions.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.</li>
<li>Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products and solutions, ensuring ongoing performance evaluation and optimization.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance of digital products and solutions, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.</li>

<li>Minimum 5 years of prior experience serving as a Digital Product Manager.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of digital product development methodologies, tools, and processes, including Agile, Scrum, and Lean.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively work with large teams.</li>
<li>An innovative solution-first spirit and an ability to think creatively.</li>
<li>High technical aptitude.</li>
<li>Able to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, business teams) and external subject matter experts.</li>
<li>Passionate about building and owning innovative, customer facing services/products.</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.</li>
