Coordinate continuing education for the entire McGriff Client Center (250+), ensuring that both licensing requirements and business needs are met.
Work with carriers to have passwords established and reset for the McGriff Client Center personnel, as needed.
Document and maintain statistics, records, and reports that help establish policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
Utilize PC and/or mainframe-based systems and software. Compile and prepare management reports, graphs, and charts of data developed.
