What you will do <ul> <ul><li>Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand company goals and objectives. Translate that understanding into machine learning solutions that address business challenges and opportunities. </li><li>Develop highly scalable machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that address key growth challenges and provide meaningful insights on problems such as cross-channel optimization, and targeting optimization. </li><li>Build production grade models on large-scale datasets to optimize Ad delivery, relevancy performance by utilizing advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization and marketing science research. </li><li>Design and execute A/B tests to answer business questions </li><li>Provide thought leadership in applying innovative machine learning techniques to solve complex data science problems. </li><li>Stay current with advances in machine learning research and technologies, exploring new approaches and methodologies to enhance model capabilities and effectiveness. </li><li>Document methodologies, processes, and findings, sharing insights and best practices with the broader team to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration. </li><li>Participate in project planning/prioritization meetings, partner meetings, etc </li></ul>> </ul>What skills and experience you bring <ul> <ul><li>Advanced degree in statistics, computer science, operational research, engineering or related field.
