Duties & Responsibilities As an Intern - Forecast Data Analyst you will assist the forecasting team with: * Supporting to customer software and modeling issues * Developing data inputs to support forecast models * Estimating forecast models using Itron's forecast modeling software * Assisting with forecasts and related analysis and trainings Required Skills & Experience * Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) * Experience completing data analysis * Experience using Excel, Matlab, R/Python, or other statistical modelling and data manipulation tools and related workplace computer tools * Self-starter and willing to work collaboratively with a small team * Capable of working independently and with remote team members across different time zones * Enrolled in a related academic program or equivalent job experience Preferred Skills & Experience * Completed related courses, such as econometrics, statistics, calculus, data, and economic theory, etc * Prior related experience Physical Demands & Travel This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
