Job Overview:As a Syteline Business Analyst you would be responsible for the technical aspects and functional requirements within the client's business processes and translating them into actionable IT tasks that can result in solutions aligned with Business Process Requirements. It will include system configurations, customizations, integrations and support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, processes, and pain points. This would involve conducting workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements. System Configuration: Technical knowledge of Infor Syteline ERP specifically Order-to-Cash, Planning and Manufacturing, the position involves configuration and customization of the system aligned with the business processes.
