Job Summary Provides technical leadership and direction to the Computer Science team in integrating various modeling components, programming and software development for the Florida Public Hurricane Loss Model (FPHLM) project. Works closely with the team in the development of an efficient model to simulate and predict how, where and when hurricanes form, their wind speed, the damage caused to typical building structures, and how much of the loss will be paid by the insurers.
