Our products include a remote development environment, an LLM-powered bot, and other tools to develop Figma services faster. Ideal candidates will have experience working in large-scale monolithic codebases and building scalable, durable platforms and workflows that delight developers. Most importantly, they love building for builders. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: <ul><li>Design, build, and maintain modern developer tools, such as scalable build systems, CI platforms, and test frameworks.</li><li>Lead multi-person, cross-functional projects that result in reliability, efficiency, and cost-savings wins.</li><li>Collaborate with customers and leadership to identify developer pain points and systemically fix them.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
