Next, you’ll be asked to complete a coding assessment on HackerRank or CodeSignal. The final step in the process is one or two meetings with BCG partners. This stage will focus more on your cultural fit and experience. You’re much less likely to be asked, for example, to determine whether a sample piece of code is efficient or optimized. Rather, they focus on business problems that have advanced data analytics as key components of the solution.
