All of us, including our senior management team, are on the front-line performing what needs to be accomplished as to establish BeneLynk as the nation’s premier provider of benefit and SDoH advocacy services.</li></ul><p><b>Duties/Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with different Stakeholder(s) including Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to understand the journey of our agents and the individual/members that they assist.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.</li><li>Document the current and proposed workflow in the journey of the agents. This documentation will be used to communicate the process clearly and efficiently, proposed changes, and potential impact. In addition, the documentation provided by the Business Analyst is designed to align all representatives on the proposed processes as well as to reveal any missing dependencies, requirements, and changes that should be considered in the execution of the product roadmap.</li><li>Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.</li><li>Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.</li><li>Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.</li><li>Appraise customers’ requirements to ensure that they are satisfied and devoid of directive, development, and discrepancies.</li><li>Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting, analyzing, and communicating quality data/insights.</li><li>Participate in conceptualizing and implementing Continual Process Improvement (CPI) and Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives across the product lifecycle.</li><li>Review design specifications and project/product parameters to understand the SCOPE, requirements, and function of the software product.</li><li>Engage with the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing (IPEMC) relative to Product Management (PM) initiatives.</li><li>When a product does not perform within specifications, promptly report defects to programmers while identifying and recommending solutions, improvements, and updates.</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills/Abilities/Experience:</b></p><ul><li>2 - 4+ years in the analysis of data, business processes, and solution design with 1 year of experience in leading project execution efforts across multiple product/solution initiatives.</li><li>Experience in Agile business/software development lifecycle processes and methodologies. Experience or knowledge of SCRUM fundamentals, frameworks, and methodologies.</li><li>Experience in leading analysis activities across the entire lifecycle of the project from inception to delivery.</li><li>Experience in conducting Requirements Gathering (RG) with an end-user/Stakeholder.</li><li>Experience leading project or product initiatives performing End-to-End testing across multiple programs.</li><li>Remains calm under pressure and evinces a proactive and self-starting attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience in presenting information to teams, stakeholders, and/or executives.</li><li>Highly organized, disciplined, and methodical when approaching the definition of customer/product purpose and execution with the ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced, start-up environment with the curiosity to develop ways to improve the product development lifecycle process.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to create project/product specifications and/or verbal communication channels.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in MSFT Office Suite (MSFT Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and/or related software.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Recurrently portrays a collegial comportment and candor to all BeneLynk cohorts.</li><li>Strong business and technical acumen with attention to detail.</li><li>Willingness to learn and leverage newly obtained skillsets.</li><li>Willingness to perform research and analysis when/if applicable, and/or required.</li></ul><p><b>Required Education/Training:</b></p><p>Associates degree in a related field required.
