Make operational/strategic recommendations for identified opportunities and implement solutions, leading all subsequent design, development and testing efforts required to deliver. + Leverage data from Workday to analyze trends in areas such as turnover, retention, talent acquisition, employee relations, talent management and engagement, making recommendations on process improvements and HR operations/strategy based on findings. + Own HR budget process, managing all internal HR and external department reporting and collection of data, delivering error-free and on time, while also identifying and implementing process improvements as needed. + Utilize discretion and judgment to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data. + Regularly evaluate HCM data to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. + Performs or manages any necessary data clean-up or sanitization through the appropriate team. + Support system implementations, as needed, to identify how to leverage the system to best meet the organization's analytics needs. + Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers in order to drive business decisions and address business questions. + Create and maintain related calculated fields for reporting and communicate calculated fields needs across areas to avoid redundancy and achieve efficiency. + Develop and maintain advanced analytics solutions using Workday Prism Analytics and associated data sources. + Learns and follows company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior. + Responsibilities may change; team member may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
