Job Description We're looking for an experienced Product Manager for the role of Senior Product Manager, Distributed Marketing. Reporting to a Senior Director of Product Management, this role will be cross-team visibility and will be responsible for defining requirements, creating, and managing roadmaps and managing the product lifecycle of the next generation distributed marketing capabilities, as part of Epsilon's People Cloud. This is a strategic suite of features that will help drive growth into new and existing markets. You should be a strategic thinker but thrive in rolling up your sleeves to get stuff done. You've followed methodologies to score and prioritize features, comfortable working in greenfield environments, and can be the voice of the customer when it comes to articulating what matters (and what doesn't). This requires 5 years of Product Management experience with significant focus on managing distributed marketing components of large-scale Enterprise SaaS products. Responsibilities Collaborating with cross-product leaders, define your product direction and how Epsilon's related products can take advantage of our distributed marketing capabilities. Not only understand the customer's needs today and how distributed marketing can provide value but understand where the market is heading and build to the future. Ability to work with product leaders to synthesize their needs into product requirements for your products. Effectively communicate customer and product priorities to both product management leadership and technical stakeholders Manage the features/functions of the product and its roadmap. Participate as a key stakeholder, product owner, and collaborator in the execution of Engineering projects related to your product area. Define detailed functional requirements, working with UX and Engineering teams to ensure they are defined accurately and thoroughly. Contribute to documentation, internal and external training, and other materials for field and customer enablement. Requirements Demonstrated track record of at least 5 years of product management experience, including multiple years product-managing capabilities focused on distributed marketing, workflow, and/or collaboration use cases - ideally for enterprise-level customers. Entrepreneurial by nature and comfortable in a changing, fast growth, results-driven environment with prior experience in both large and small organizations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organization, leadership, and customer service skills to communicate vision. Will have a powerful blend of business and technical savvy, including experience developing products using Agile methodologies. Will have a strong background in the software industry with significant experience in product management with a proven track record of managing products through the entire life cycle. Direct or related experience with data-driven marketing programs. Ability to communicate vision to senior leadership. Has strong leadership and collaboration skills. Overview
The Product Manager - Data Platforms and Business Intelligence reports to the Director - Data Management and is primarily responsible for Rotary’s business intelligence functionality and data platforms. This role manages the data platforms, architecture, technologies, and methodologies used in Rotary’s business intelligence related services and works closely with the Product Manager - Data Governance & CRM to assist with defining and maintaining the rules and process to maintain Rotary’s data.
You Will have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data business, information technology, or related field. MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of management experience with data warehouses or data lakes, business intelligence related services, and data platforms, architectures, technologies, and methodologies.
Experience managing large-scale and complex data programs and projects that involve multiple teams and stakeholders.
Proven experience as a strong cross-group collaborator and team player, dealing with complex problems, resolving conflicts, and experience influencing cross-functionality, and with executive-level audiences.

You Will Be Responsible For
Managing a product owner, data engineer, and team of offshore development and quality assurance engineers.
Owning the process for defining and promoting Rotary’s data platform and business information strategy and architecture.
Coordinating and prioritizing the delivery of requested improvements and functionality to Rotary’s enterprise data and business information platforms.
Defining and documenting the current and future state of data platform and business information architecture, roadmaps, and action plans.
Working closely with the Product Manager - Data Governance & CRM, contribute to the development of enterprise data policies, including such things as data stewardship, data governance, audit requirements and service level agreements (SLAs) to support the quality and use of information.
Establishing and promoting enterprise business information management principles, models, best practices, and standards and works to ensure their practical adoption.
Establishing and communicating key metrics related to the health of Rotary’s business information environment and quality of data stored.
Working closely with data analysts across the organization to enable self-service analytics and reporting.
Monitoring and optimization of the data platform cloud costs.
Occasional weekend and/or evening work

Job Description About this role The Product Manager, Media Channels & Formats is responsible for developing and managing the portfolio of Epsilon Digital Media Solutions that deliver 1:1 personalized message to consumers using our vast understanding of the individual across over 7,000 dimensions. Product Manager - Water Wastewater In-channel Screening Headworks Location: Vernon Hills, IL General Description: The Product Manager will concentrate on assigned product and/or group of products in order to increase revenue, market share and profitability for assigned product. This individual will provide technical sales support to various internal and external customers. The Product Manager will be responsible for the P&L of this product and doing all the necessary things to continue to make it sustainable and profitable for Parkson. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Promote the product line directly and indirectly with reps to win the pre-selection process.
