Typical Duties and Responsibilities:• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our line of Global industrial pumps, aligned with the company's overall business objectives. This includes market analysis, competitor analysis, identifying growth opportunities and new product line launches.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing, to define product specifications, features, and designs. Ensure products meet quality, performance, and regulatory standards.• Manage product line profitability through creation and management of pricing strategy, both for complete pumps and for service parts.• Collaborate with material planning team to support each product line with appropriate levels of inventory.• Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation and maintain a competitive edge.• Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement materials.• Work closely with the sales team to provide product training, technical support, and competitive analysis to help them achieve their targets.• Monitor and optimize the performance of existing product lines, including product refresh, obsolescence planning, and end-of-life strategies. • Build strong relationships with key customers, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable insights for product improvements.• Develop and manage budgets for product development and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. The Product Manager is responsible for the Regional Market product planning and execution, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing for the purpose of identifying and winning profitable new business while achieving customer satisfaction during the acquisition process including eQR role for the region. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the worldwide PL MES strategy as well as BU/Segment overall strategy and goals. The Product Manager is expected: <li>To effectively present technical product details to the customer and to provide clear direction to the internal resources how to proceed with the acquisition.
